Kim Byrd
Kim Byrd is the Broker/Owner of Crye*Leike Pro Elite Realty and the instructor behind Pinnacle School of Real Estate, bringing real-world experience, leadership, and advanced industry knowledge into every class she teaches. She began her real estate career in 2014 and went on to open her own firm in 2020, building a brokerage focused on professionalism, growth, and agent success. With a career rooted in hands-on transactions, brokerage management, compliance, and agent development, Kim is known for teaching real estate the way it actually works—not just how it’s written in a textbook. She holds numerous nationally recognized designations through the National Association of REALTORS®, including ABR®, AHWD®, CRB®, CRS®, e-PRO®, GRI®, MRP®, RENE®, SRS®, and C2EX, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing education and professional excellence. Kim is a recognized leader in the industry, serving as the 2026 President of the South Central Arkansas REALTORS® Association and previously earning REALTOR® of the Year in 2024. She also served as the Arkansas State President for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) organization for three consecutive years—2020, 2021, and 2022—further reflecting her dedication to leadership and professional growth. Through Pinnacle School of Real Estate, Kim’s mission is simple: to prepare agents not just to pass a test, but to succeed in real estate with confidence, professionalism, and a strong understanding of the laws, regulations, and ethical standards that shape the business.
